  • We welcome you between 4pm and 6pm
  • Departure before 10.30 AM
  • closed covered bicycle parking
  • spacious closed private parking at the watermill
  • closed covered motorcycle storage
  • the rooms and general areas in the water mill are non-smoking
  • a 30% deposit is requested upon reservation
  • The remaining balance will be charged CASH on arrival
  • Payment with credit card is not possible
  • In case of cancellation, the deposit is not reimbursed. We recommend that you take a cancellation insurance with your insurance agency
  • In case of an early departure, the number of reserved nights will be charged
  • a supplement of € 15 is charged for a one-night stay
  • from June 15th to September 15th we request to reserve a minimum of 3 nights (except in the case of a last minute).
  • our accommodation is only suitable for adults
  • pets are not allowed

Approximately 623 km from Ghent

  • Take the E17 to Lille and from there the A1 to Paris
  • In Paris, take the Bordeaux / Nantes / Lyon A86 exit, then the A6 / A10 exit, then follow the A6 towards Evry / Lyon
  • At Nemours, take the A77 as far as Nevers
  • Take the exit number 36 Autun / Chateau-Chinon / Decize
  • At the roundabout, follow Decize (D981) until you reach Luzy
  • Just before Luzy, take the sharp right turn towards Bourbon-Lancy / Issy l’Evêque (D973)
  • Then left on the D27 / D25 to Issy l’Evêque
  • After about 7 km you will see Moulin de Broaille on your right

Approximately 727 km from Ghent

  • Take the E17 to Lille and then the E17 / A26 to Reims
  • In Reims you take the exit to Troyes
  • Once there, take the A5 / E54 to Dijon and then the A6 to Beaune
  • From Beaune follow the D 973 to Autun and then follow the D981 to Luzy
  • Arriving in Luzy, turn right at the roundabout and follow the signs for Bourbon-Lancy / Issy l’Evêque
  • Turn left onto Bourbon-Lancy / Issy l’Evêque (D973) and then left onto the D27 / D25 to Issy l’Evêque
  • After about 7 km you will see Moulin de Broaille on your right

Approximately 670 km from Ghent

  • Take the E17 to Lille and then the E17 / A26 to Reims
  • In Reims, take the Troyes exit to join the A5 / E54 Orleans / Paris / Auxerre / Sens
  • Take the exit 21 for Auxerre / Tonnere and follow the D444 to Tonnere
  • Then the D944 to Avallon and then the D944 to Chateau-Chinon
  • Then the D27 to Luzy, once there, take the right direction Bourbon-Lancy / Issy l’Evêque (D973)
  • Then take the D27 / D25 on the left to Issy l’Evêque
  • After about 7 km you will see Moulin de Broaille on your right
